Program obuhvaća plesne kretne strukture i elemente iz ritmičke gimnastike za curice od 3 i pol do 10 godina.

Kroz niz koreografija djevojčice usvajaju plesne strukturu, dok kroz ritmičku gimnastiku usvajaju motoričke vještine s rekvizitima (lopte, obruči, vijače i sl.), kao i bez rekvizita.
